ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ Krispy Khera ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬੇਗੁਨਾਹ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਈ.ਜੀ.ਪੀ. ਗੌਤਮ ਚੀਮਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਮੀਗ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਝੂਠੇ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਬੁਨਿਆਦ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਏ। ਖੇਰਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਉਸ ’ਤੇ ਝੂਠੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਬਣਾਕੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਚੀਮਾ ਖੁਦ ਅਗਵਾਹ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਸਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਦੁਰੁਪਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
